Odoo considers that a finished product is not scrapped by default: if you are MTO and you sell 100, so you will have to produce 100 and prepare components for 100 finished products.

Reality of factories is often strongly different: the scrap % of the BOM is known and target is to define an exact BOM with a scrap % in order when we get a request of 100 to launch in production 100 + scrap by anticipating the X% of scrap.

Cluedoo takes into account this business case and introduces scrap on finished product BOM, which will be taken into account on the production order.

MODULE +

This module avoid to make a choice between a wrong BOM (ie scrap is directly included into the component quantity but the BOM is no more correct) or a misestimation of the raw material (system asks warehouse to prepare 100kg but in reality production will need 110kg.

To be installed in every factory with scrap management. A classic example is plastic injection.
