STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES

    ODOO BEHAVIOR

Because an analytic account in Odoo is limited to one company, the analytic account is lost in inter-company transactions.

Thus, when an entity of the group receives a purchase order, he or she has no idea about which project is related to this order.

    CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR

An analytic account can be shared between all the companies of the group in a multi-company configuration. This module ensures a clear diffusion of information between companies.

    MODULE +

This module is a must for project management in a multi-company environment.

    BUSINESS CASE

You have several entities within your group working on the same project. When an entity subcontracts some tasks or purchases to another entity, the receiving entity keeps the project on the received purchase order as to know which project it is related to.

    CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATION

Install in 100% of project oriented & multi-company databases.

This add-on is an advantage for any multi-company configurations because it helps to organize internal projects, internal re-invoicing for people, and so on.

      OUR FEATURES AS SOLUTIONS

      Transfer analytic accounts between companies

            HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

            1

Set up Inter-Company transaction rules. Then, create a Sales Order and designate an Analytic Account in the order lines for Company A.

            2

Go to Company B and check the Requests for Quotation (RFQ). It will automatically create the RFQ with the same Analytic Account as in Company A.
