    HOW TO USE THIS MODULE ?

    Groups

    On user, we have group for meeting as officer or manager




    Contact

    Fill in Category and standard Rates in Meeting tab in Contact.


    User: Manager

    Go to Calendar → Configuration → Meeting Presence Category - Create a new Meeting Presence Category


    Go to Calendar → Configuration → Meeting Role Category - Create a new Meeting Role Category


    Go to Calendar → Configuration → Meeting Type - Create a new Meeting Type

    Check Meeting Double Validation for double approval.


    User: User / Officer

    Go to Calendar → Create new meetings. Fill in calendar event / meeting details. Fill in Meeting Type and Important Category field in Meeting Details.




    After saving a meeting it will automatically generate invitation, edit and fill the invitations.
    Then Validate the meeting.




    Meeting Status
    The meeting has status: Draft, Submitted, Approved


    Use Agenda
    Go to Option and tick on the box Use Agenda, then we will have Agenda where we are able to set subject, speaker, target duration, and actual duration of the meeting



    Stopwatch Time

    We can start meeting and count the time using stopwatch. We pause and stop meeting as well





    When we stop meeting, we can allocate time for each agenda
