Enable portal view and signature for repair orders
STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE ?
Create a repair order, select customer (has portal access), check View in Portal in order to enable the portal user to see the document on portal access.
When user portal logs in to portal access, they can see the repair order and able to sign the order.
After the repair order has been signed by portal user, the status of the repair order moves to "Confirmed".
The internal user can also see the customer signature on the repair order
