ODOO BEHAVIOUR
In Purchase order/ Blanket order
Odoo only displays the ordered quantity in blanket order line.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOUR
Cluedoo adds 2 more columns on the purchase order line:
Received: Delivered quantity.
Billed: Invoiced quantity.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE?
User story:
From time to time, we need to check the actual received / billed quantity of blanket orders.
There is a way to get this information at a glance.
Step 1:
(If you already know how to create a blanket order, please skip to step 4)
Go to:
- Order
- Blanket Orders
- NEW
Step 2:
- Create a new "Blanket Order":
- Fill in the required fields.
- Fill in the quantity & unit price.
- Save.
- Then you can request a quotation by clicking on "NEW QUOTATION".
Step 3:
- Create a new "Purchase Order":
- Fill in the required fields.
- Fill in the quantity * unit price.
- Save.
- Click on "CONFIRM ORDER"
Step 4:
- Now you have your new "Purchase Order". You can see the two new columns:
- Received: 0.
- Billed: 0.
- From now, as the products are received and invoiced, this menu will also update accordingly.
- You can click on "RECEIVE PRODUCTS" to update delivered quantity.
- You can click on "CREATE BILL" to make an invoice for this order.
Result:
- The image below shows 5 products were received and invoiced.
- There is no need to go into other menus to get this information.
