A product has a system-defined price that a salesperson can freely modify without any constraints.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
A product has both a price and a predefined range. The salesperson retains the ability to adjust the initial price; however, any modifications must fall within the specified range.

Salesman cannot confirm sale order which is below minimum price. There will be a notification when confirming sale.
Maximum Price Increment
Salesman cannot confirm sale order which is above maximum price. They will receive a notification when confirming sale order
Approval Process
Manager is able to approve quotation with Wait Approval status

Before you try the module, make sure you already activate discount and pricelist on Sales

Salesman minimum reduction: 10% Maximum increment: 5%
for product Cabinet with Doors.
Minimum Price Reduction
Pricelist: Public Pricelist
Product: Cabinet with Doors
Discount: 11% (more than minimum discount 10%)
Then it will show the warning "... Below Minimum Price"
The sales user still can confirm the sale order but the status will be Wait Approval
Maximum Price Increment
Manager Approval
Sales manager can approve the quotation with Wait Approval status
