Hide the icon "Chat" in the top bar to avoid the use of Odoo chatter

ODOO BEHAVIOUR
Odoo proposes an internal chatter and install it by default for all the users.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOUR
Cluedoo add the option to hide the icon Chat in case you do not want to use internal Odoo chatter and prefer to use another chatter like Mattermost.
MODULE +
It's quite common to keep an external chatter in order to have only clean info in Odoo and so to avoid to use Odoo Chatter.
This module avoid that users use Odoo Chatter.
