ODOO BEHAVIOUR
In Odoo, the Appraisals application can be used to evaluate employee performance on a recurring basis. Managers can evaluate the performance of their employees, and also allow employees to do a self-assessment of their own. Appraisals are customizable, and can be set for any kind of schedule desired.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOUR
Cluedoo extends this feature: a Boolean in the appraisal "Skills not updated" --> when the appraisal is validated, it doesn't update the skills in the employee form

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE
1. Go to Appraisals > Create new appraisal or using exist appraisal Skills tab > Check employee's skill For ex: English: Upper (75%) French: Immediate (50%) Database: Intern (25%) |

2. Checked Skill not updated then edit skills For ex: English: Immediate (50%) > Save > Mark as Done |

3. Go to employee's profile > Check that English skills is Upper (75%) not change to Immediate (50%) |
