CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
In certain factories, utilizing a clock on each work order is impractical. This is often the case when a machine operates continuously for an extended period, such as a week in plastic injection processes, or when time is monitored by the quality team rather than the worker. In response to this, Cluedoo suggests an alternative approach: providing hours and finished product quantity for calculating routing time per unit, offering a more meaningful tracking method.

CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATION
The installation process is contingent on the organization of your work orders and the structure of the quality department. From our experience, it is common practice to exclude time tracking from the responsibilities of the worker, who is primarily focused on production. Instead, it is more typical to assign time tracking to the quality team. This team conducts periodic checks on both quality control and production quantity, recording hours, produced quantity since the last check, and subsequently calculating routing time.
