ODOO BEHAVIOUR
In ODS, the purchase order includes the on-time delivery rate for the vendor. Additionally, in the contact form, we also have a smart button for the on-time delivery rate.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOUR
The Customer On-Time Delivery Rate module is designed to calculate and report the on-time delivery performance for customer sales orders. It includes On-Time rate, On-Time quantities and total quantity

This module ensures accurate reporting by excluding canceled sales and properly handling partial deliveries.

HOW TO USE MODULE
HOW TO USE MODULE
1. Choose a customer. We have a new smart button On-Time Customer Delivery
2. Create SO for Supp B > Confirm > Go to Transfer > Validate all
3. Go back to customer, click smart button On-Time Customer Delivery. You will see that Rate is 100% because all transfer was delivered successfully. The same with On-Time Quantity and Total Quantity.
On-Time quantity only calulate products which were delivered on time
Total Quantity is calculated due to quantity of all SO
4. Create new SO. Choose your quantity and select effective date.
5. On transfer, fill quantity and choose force delivery date later than scheduled date. Then validate..
6. As you can see that the On-time customer delivery is 43%. Because our 2nd SO was delivered overdue, the system will not calculate it in On-Time Customer Rate and On-Time Quantity. The on-time rate is computed as (On-Time Orders / Total Orders) * 100
