Odoo Documents allows you to store, view, and manage files within Odoo.
You can upload any file (max 64MB per file on Odoo Online) and organize them in various workspaces.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
Cluedoo adds a specific document resource option in order to centralise document on Resource with Document module.

This module makes it easy for users to centralise attachment file in Analytic Resource with Document module.

Step 1: Open Accounting app - Configuration - Settings |

Step 2: Choose Documents on menu on the left side. Click on Resource. Workspace: Internal |

Step 3: Back to Accounting app - Configuration - Accounting Resouce |

Step 4: Click on New to create new Accounting Resource. Input data into Name, Analytic Account, Analytic Distribution, Company fields. |

Step 5: Click on attachment file symbol - choose file to upload |
|
Step 6: Go to Documents App - Choose Internal folder. The attached file in Accounting resource was uploaded to this folder |
