STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES
ODOO BEHAVIOR
Payment terms allow us to set specific payment deadlines or schedules for customers or suppliers. Besides, we can split payments into multiple parts, with different due dates.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
In Cluedoo, the additional feature is that the payment method customer field in the invoice is taken by default from the payment method of purchase in Contacts

Add a new payment term "End of Month"
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE ?
1.
Go to Accounting => Configuration => Payment Terms, create a new payment term and select "End of Month".
2.
Fill the day due.
3.
Choose the new payment term as a due date and check the due date in Journal Items.
Note: The due date will be the end of the month.

Fill in the [Payment Terms] field and customize [Due Terms] > Save
Note: If the [Show installment dates] checkbox is checked, we can change the invoice date to see how it will affect the due dates and the payment terms on the invoice. Besides, we can write an explanation for our payment terms so that our customers can understand the payment terms clearly

Go to Customers > Invoices > Click on button [New] to create a new invoice
Choose the new payment term as a due date and check the due date in Journal Items Tab.
Note:
- The due date will be the end of the month
- The Payment Method Customer field which is taken by default from the Payment Method of Purchase in Contacts can be clicked to change.
