Odoo proposes an advanced CRM / messaging and email alias to create new objects in the system without connecting to Odoo. Meanwhile, this powerful engine is not yet used to log note nor save some history to a sales record.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
Cluedoo extends this engine to put an automatic alias on sales as we have on project or helpdesk team like <Internal_reference>@<your_domain>.com
When you write to this alias, it will automatically log a note on the sales order.
