STORY BEHIND THE FEATURE

In Odoo, you can scan products, SN and validate transfer or batch transfer in the Barcode App.

This module extends this function by creating a child transfer. Thereby moving the product's SN from one location to another.

It helps you manage and operate your product more easily.

Install on 100% of the database as this feature.

Go to Locations > Create new SN for a product with different source location > Save

Note: Product should be tracked by Unique SN

For ex: Corner desk right sit with SN: 24535325514 in test/Stock

Create new SO with this product > Confirm > Go to Delivery button > Adjust the qty

Workflow from V18: You only need create transfer, add a product. But make sure that you do not add quantity to transfer

Go to barcode apps > Batch transfer > Create new batch transfer > Choose Delivery Order which just has been created

Workflow in v18: you have to create batch transfer manually not through Barcode app. You can only select batch transfer from there

Scan SN barcode > The qty of this product changes from 0/1 to 1/1 > Validate the batch transfer

Workflow from v18: click Add product > scan product and SN > confirm > put in pack > (quality check if transfer requires)> validate

Go back to Delivery Order > Check that transfer has been validated and new Child transfer automatically created
