ODOO'S FUNCTIONS
In Odoo, the Appraisals application can be used to evaluate employee performance on a recurring basis. Managers can evaluate the performance of their employees, and also allow employees to do a self-assessment of their own. Appraisals are customizable, and can be set for any kind of schedule desired.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
Cluedoo extends this feature and adds new field "Training Request".

Install on 100% of your database if you use Odoo Payroll and Odoo Accounting.
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE
1. Go to Appraisals > Create New Training Request, fill all information there |

2. Update stage of Training Request also you can see the stage from list view |

3. Configuration > Training Category > New Training Request automatically created in Training Category |

In Appraisal form > go to Trainings tab > New Training Request automatically linked |
