ODOO BEHAVIOUR
Odoo Barcode allows users to assign barcodes to individual products and product categories, and track inventory movements using those barcodes. By connecting a barcode scanner, certain inventory processes can be triggered by scanning barcodes.

In Cluedoo, we extend this feature. We're able to scan the serial number immediately (before adding the product). When you scan the barcode in ticket batch will automatic create the ticket

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

Go to Helpdesk > Create new ticket batch

Go to lots/serial number > choose product you want to create ticket > create barcode

Go back to ticket batch > scan barcode > Automatically filled new ticket
