STORY BEHIND THE FEATURE

ODOO BEHAVIOR

In Odoo, when a bill includes two or more taxes with different bases, the system combines them into a single base for tax calculation. This leads to incorrect tax amounts, causing discrepancies in the journal entries and overall financial records. This limitation can result in compliance issues and additional manual corrections.

CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR

Cluedoo introduces a multi-taxes feature that allows users to define a separate base for each tax rate in a single expense. The system calculates the tax amounts accurately based on the individual bases, ensuring that journal entries and financial records reflect the correct amounts. This feature eliminates errors and simplifies tax handling, improving accuracy and compliance.
