ODOO BEHAVIOR
In Odoo, when the decimal accuracy for the product price is set to 5 decimal places, an issue occurs while creating expenses. If the user changes the quantity of the expense, the unit price is automatically recalculated and modified, even though it should remain unchanged. This behavior can cause discrepancies in expense records, as the intended unit price is altered without user input, leading to incorrect financial reporting and confusion.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
Cluedoo introduces a new feature to address this bug by ensuring that the unit price remains unchanged when modifying the quantity in expenses. With this enhancement, the system retains the original unit price regardless of changes to the quantity, preserving the accuracy of expense records. This feature eliminates unwanted recalculations, ensuring consistent pricing and reliable expense management

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE
1. Go to Settings > Decimal Accuracy > Product Price > Set the digits to 5 |

2. Go to Expenses > Expense Categories > New, and set the cost for the expense category |

3. My Expenses > New > Fill in the quantity > Save You will see that the Unit Price remains unchanged regardless of the quantity. |
