There is no built-in tool for recording employee moods, assigning values, or calculating mood averages over time. ​HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

A. FOR EMPLOYERS

1. Go to Mood Management > Configuration > Moods > New to create new moods and add value to each mood 

e.g From a scale of 1 to 5, 1 represents an employee is not ok, 5 is ok

2. If you want to see mood analytics of the employees for a certain period, go to Reporting > Generate Mood Analytics and fill in the start date and end date > Generate

You will be able to see the analytics in List mode or Pivot table and have the option to export the data in Spreadsheet.

3.  Go to Daily Moods, If you choose an employee, it will show the average value of the employee's mood for the period chosen. If not, it will show the average value of all employees.

4. You can also see the Daily Moods in Graph (and have the option to export the graph in Spreadsheet), or Pivot table

B. FOR EMPLOYEES

Go to Daily Moods > New to record mood of the day > Save

Note: For Anita Oliver, the Mood is happy so the Value is automatically 4 as default by the company, Date is automatically the day she adds Daily Moods, Description is not mandatory but it is good for the employer to know why you are feeling that way!
