Odoo does not allow you to continue a conversation with a customer on WhatsApp after the 24 hours.

Cluedoo facilitates this restriction by allowing you to re-initiate expired WhatsApp conversations directly in the Discuss app. Using approved WhatsApp templates, you can:

• Send a pre-defined message to reopen communication with customers after 24 hours.

Install this template in 100% of your databases as a useful tool for user creation and management.

1. Go to Discuss > Wha​tsApp channel > Reinitiate Conversation button.

2. Click on Send Message to send a WhatsApp template to client.
