Odoo allows you to centralize your documents attached to the Helpdesk app.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
Cluedoo extends this feature and helps you centralize and synchronize all your documents in the Helpdesk and Document apps.
By this extension, you can fully manage your documents in one place.
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

On Settings -> File Centralization, configure the location that you want the uploaded file to be saved.
Tung note: The place circled in red should be Helpdesk

On the Helpdesk app, choose a ticket, and then upload your document.

On the Documents app, the uploaded document from the Helpdesk ticket can be found in the location set in the Settings (Step 1).
