In Odoo standard, it is impossible to change the position of the chatter.

This module supports configuring Chatter Position to all modules that have chatter.

1. In My Profile, we can configure our default chatter position Bottom or right. In order for it to take effect, you need to refresh the page.
2. You can also toggle the chatter between bottom and righ in every object that has chatter.
