As analytic account in Odoo is dedicated to one company, the analytic account is lost in intercompany transactions.

So, when an entity of the group receive a purchase order, he has no idea about which project is concerned by this order.

Set up Inter-Company transactions rules. Then create Sales Order and fill in Analytic Account in order lines company A

Go to Company B and check the RFQ. It will automatically created the RFQ with the same analytic account as in Company A.
