ODOO BEHAVIOUR
Mailing Lists on Odoo is a great tool to manage Email Marketing contacts. However, in order to add existing contacts from other Apps to Mailing List, user needs to manually add new contact or import a list of contact.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE ?
1. From Contacts
On Contacts master data, choose List View.
Select multiple contacts, go to Action and Create Mailing List.
On pop-up wizard, choose Mailing List and confirm by click "Add partner to mailing list".
All selected contacts have been added to destination Mailing List.
2. From Project
Each project has a list of Contact Role. It is possible to add these contacts from multiple projects to Mailing List.
Note: dependent on the module Project Role Matrix
On Project master data, choose List View.
Select multiple projects, go to Action, Create Mailing List.
On pop-up wizard, choose Mailing List and confirm by click "Add partner to mailing list".
All selected contacts have been added to destination Mailing List.
