We are seeking a Cluedoo International Functional Consultant X Project Manager to join our expanding team in Hanoi. You will benefit from a working environment that is agile, international and multicultural, emphasizing and encouraging collaboration between our different teams. The successful candidate will be provided with training from our senior staffs, have a social security insurance as required by the legislation, and get a competitive salary, depending on the profile and the experience.


  • Product Management (70%)

    •   ​Following the development process of Cluedoo modules from specification to customer testing.


    •   ​Quality control of Cluedoo modules before the official release.


    •   ​Continuous tests and feedbacks for modules improvements.


    •   Preparation of Cluedoo guide/training materials.


    •   Client hotline and support for Cluedoo users.


  • Project Management (30%)

    •    In contact with the client to discuss, analyze, design and propose our Odoo-based solutions.


    •   Database configuration and master data.


    •   Functional support to client for Odoo integration.


    •   Facilitation of training and workshops.


    •   This position will report to Director/Cluedoo manager and be in direct contact with all entities at the Group level.


  •   Graduated from business/financial programs. Freshly graduated is accepted.


  •   Fluent English speaking and writing.


  •   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


  •   Ability to work independently.


  •   1 - 3 years of experience in business processes, especially in field of finance, sales, purchase or manufacturing.


  •   ​Previous experience in Odoo/ERP.


  •   Know Python or other programming languages.


  •   French or any other languages is a big plus.
